The following items are available from the school. Please complete the form below (indicating the number required for each item) and return together with payment to the Office. Payment by cheque payable to Platt Primary School or cash in a named sealed envelope with order form, thank you.
Your order will be collated and handed to your child as soon as it is in stock. Any items found to be the wrong size can be exchanged if returned in perfect condition. If we do not hold any item in stock an order will be placed.
